رئيس جامعة السويس يزور العيادات الخارجية بالمستشفى الجامعي ويؤكد علي أهمية تطوير الخدمات الصحية

استهل سيادته الجولة بالاستماع إلى المرضى المترددين على مختلف التخصصات الطبية، حيث عبر العديد منهم عن تقديرهم لما يقدم من خدمات، ومطالبتهم بزيادة كم الخدمات المقدمة، وفي استجابة سريعة، وعد رئيس الجامعة بدراسة إمكانية زيادة أيام الكشف في تخصص القلب والأوعية الدموية، نظرًا للطلب المتزايد على هذا القسم الحيوي.

كما اطمأن رئيس الجامعة على راحة المواطنين داخل العيادات، وشدد على ضرورة تواجد الأطباء والتزام الطواقم الطبية والتمريضية بأعلى درجات الانضباط لضمان تقديم خدمة صحية متميزة. وفي هذا السياق، كما كلف فريقًا من العلاقات العامة بتوجيه المرضى ومساعدتهم في الحصول على الخدمات بسهولة، مؤكدًا ضرورة توفير سبل الراحة لهم.

وحرص “حنيجــــــــــل” على التأكيد بأن المنظومة الصحية بالسويس بات المستشفى الجامعي يسهم بشكل فعال في تحسينها، مشددًا على ضرورة تطوير الأداء وتحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمرضى

. كما كشف سيادته عن دراسة جارية لإدخال جهاز الأشعة المقطعية للخدمة قريبًا، إلى جانب التوسع في إجراء العمليات الجراحية ذات اليوم الواحد، بهدف توفير رعاية طبية أكثر كفاءة.

وفي ختام الزيارة، أشار رئيس الجامعة إلى أن أي تجاوزات لن يتم التهاون معهم، مؤكدًا أن الهدف الأساسي هو خدمة المواطن وتقديم رعاية صحية متكاملة تلبي احتياجات الجميع.

President of the Suez University Visits Outpatient Clinics at the University Hospital and Emphasizes the Importance of Improving Health Services

Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, conducted an inspection visit to the outpatient clinics at the university hospital, as part of the university’s commitment to improving the medical services provided to patients.

He began his tour by listening to patients visiting various medical specialties. Many expressed appreciation for the services offered, while also requesting an increase in the volume of services. In a prompt response, the university president pledged to study the possibility of increasing consultation days in the cardiology and vascular department, given the rising demand for this vital specialty.

The university president also checked on the comfort of citizens in the clinics and emphasized the need for doctors to be present and for medical and nursing staff to maintain the highest levels of discipline to ensure the provision of high-quality healthcare services. In this context, he assigned a public relations team to guide patients and assist them in accessing services easily, stressing the importance of ensuring their comfort.

Heniegal emphasized that the healthcare system in Suez is being actively enhanced through the contributions of the university hospital, and stressed the need to develop performance and improve the services provided to patients.

He also revealed that a study is currently underway to introduce a CT scan machine into service soon, alongside plans to expand same-day surgeries, in order to provide more efficient medical care.

At the end of the visit, the university president stated that any violations would not be tolerated, affirming that the primary goal is to serve citizens and provide comprehensive healthcare that meets the needs of all.
