في الحقيقة جلست مع مجموعه من المدرسين لنختار الواقع الذي يعيشه المعلم في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية الصعبة فدار الحديث بيننا عن احوال المعلم التي لا تسر عدو ولا حبيب مهان من اشباه الاعلاميين الذين يسكنون الطابور الخامس يحاربون الدوله وسعيهم لخراب البلد وكل مقصدهم ضرب منظومة التعليم والمقصود منها المعلم نعم المعلم اصبح في مرمي الهدف .. يتلقي اللطمات وفين يوجعك قال احد المتحاورين تعالوا نختار اسم عمل درامي يتناسب مع المعلم نط وفط اخر وقال المتسول ففي الحقيقة لم اجد ابلغ ماقيل بالفعل المعلم يتسول راتبه فمرتب المعلم للاسف الشديد متدني واصبح المعلم من ضمن العاملين في الدوله في اخر الصف بالنسبه للمرتبات والامر اللي يجنن ويدعك للتعجب هو تجميد اساسي المرتب للمعلم علي ٢٠١٤ دون تحريك والخصم علي ٢٢ السؤال هل العيب في نقابة المهن التعليميه ام وزير لايشعر بوزارته ام تحدي من وزارة المالية والتخطيط ام ان القرار سيادي لتسريح المعلمين واعتبارهم عماله زائده العيب فين ولا هقولك خليها الخطأ فين واكسب ربع جنيه نقابه المهن التعليمية تقدمت بجدول اجور للاسف الكل تجاهل ماتقوم به النقابه ام ان اعضاء البرلمان وخاصة اعضاء لجنة التعليم هم وراء ذلك في الحقيقة المعلم يصارع اصنام وعقول متحجره تسعي لدمار وعقول اولادنا تريد ان يعيش الانسان المصري جاهلا علي اي حال نقطه من اول السطر ستفتح ملف التعليم والمعلم المصري ماله وماعليه ….
عزيزي القاريء اي بلد تسعي للنهوض تبدأ من التعليم ونحن للاسف ننظر للتعليم نظره متدنيه ونسيء للمعلم في ظل ان المعلم في اي دوله تقدس المعلم علي مايقدمه عزيزي القاريء لايخدعك الاعلام الموجه لاساءة المعلم وتصدير صوره غير حقيقية عن المعلم …فالمعلم المصري جندي يحارب في الميدان تعالوا نري كم من اعداد استشهدت واصيبت بالكورونا اذا كنا قد اطلقنا علي الاطباء الجيش الابيض مع وجود اطباء يستغلون المرضي ونطلق عليهم جزارين ايضا المعلمين نطلق عليهم جيش التنوير يااصحاب العقول والضمائر الخربانه نعم هناك من المعلمين تروهم يستغلون ولكن لايتعدون ١٪ من مجموع المعلمين علي اي حال المعلم يتسول راتبه

مازال الملف مفتوح وقضايا المعلم لا تحصي والمعلم مايواجهه من مخاطر وما يتلقاه من لطمات في غياب الوزاره والنقابة وتشجيع الاعلام علي الاساءة انما يجعلنا نغير وجهتنا ونضع قبلتنا لنصرة المعلم علي اصحاب العقول المتحجره
